Have something to sell? Lakeshore Auction can help. We accept antiques, Mid=Century Modern furniture, fine and decorative art, sculpture, fine jewelry, rugs, lighting, and distinctive decorative pieces.

We can come to you, or you can bring your items to us. Accepted pieces are photographed, advertised, and offered at auction to the highest bidder. After the auction, you receive your share of the sale proceeds.

How To Bid

Register when you arrive and receive your bidder number. When an item you want comes up for auction, raise our bidder number to place a bid. Continue bidding until you reach the amount you're comfortable with. The highest bidder wins the item.

Absentee Bidding

Can't attend the auction? Contact us before the auction and let us know which item(s) you would like to bid on. You can leave a maximum bid and we will bid on your behalf, or request a phone call when your item comes up for auction so you can bid by phone.

Helpful Tips

Customers will have the opportunity to view auction items in person a few hours before the auction.

Additionally, all purchased items must be removed from the auction premises the same night.

Buyers premium

A buyers premium is an additional percentage added to the wining bid price of each item. This amount is paid by the buyer in addition to the final bid price. .
